WTS Blackwoodstone is an international business law firm that provides innovative business solutions for clients with diverse needs. The Firm’s core practice areas include Tax, Tax Advisory & Compliance, Corporate and Commercial law, and Transactional Services provided to resident and non-resident companies doing business in Nigeria. We currently have 2 offices in Lagos and Abuja and are strategically placed to offer hands on legal services to our clients in the major economic hubs of Nigeria and the rest of Africa.
Our clients include international businesses, family-owned businesses, government agencies and high net worth individuals.
WTS Blackwoodstone is the Nigerian network partner of WTS Global. With representation in over 100 countries, WTS Global has grown to a leadership position as a global tax practice offering the full range of tax services and aspires to become the preeminent non-audit tax practice worldwide. History
WTS Blackwoodstone was founded in 2017 as Blackwood & Stone LP, a globally minded law firm located in Lagos, Nigeria dedicated to the practice of specialized Tax and International Business Law. Considering the growth trajectory of the firm, it was important that the next stage of our growth involved becoming part of an international network and reaching a global audience, hence our journey to becoming WTS Blackwoodstone. The Firm has since grown into a multidisciplinary international business law and tax firm with offices in Lagos and Abuja and has global reach via the WTS Global network.
